Cruella De Vil is a Disney Character from Disney's 1961 Animated Feature 101 Dalmatians with a Rarity Factor of "Rare". She appears regularly around Halloween and often appears along side other villains such as Maleficent and the Evil Queen.

Cruella can be distinguished as being the only meetable character from 101 Dalmatians.

Disneyland Resort

Disneyland

At Disneyland, Cruella can often be found on Main Street, U.S.A. for meet-and-greet opportunities. She has also been known to participate in the Alice in Wonderland musical chairs game on Main Street, U.S.A. along with Alice, the Mad Hatter and other Alice characters

Disney California Adventure

During Summer 2012, Cruella appeared in the Dancin' with Disney dance party with many other Rare Characters.

During Halloween Season, Cruella can be found for meet-and-greet opportunities at Mickey's Halloween Party.

Walt Disney World

Magic Kingdom

Although it is possible Cruella may appear for unscheduled meet-and-greets at any time at the Magic Kingdom, her appearances have become less regular in recent years.

During Halloween Season, Cruella appears in Mickey's Boo to You Hallowenn Parade and Disney Villains Mix and Mingle during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.

Disneyland Paris

Walt Disney Studios Park

During the majority of the year, the only place to find Cruella is at Walt Disney Studios Park. She appears daily before Disney's Stars n' Cars Parade for meet-and-greet opportunities as well as in the parade in a car along with the Evil Queen and Gaston.
