All Characters who appear at Disney Parks have a Rarity Factor ranging from Unmissable to No Chance. The definitions for each factor are described below.
Rarity Factor 1: Unmissable
A Character in this category is available daily at several Disney Parks worldwide, on the Disney Cruise Line and it is almost impossible to visit a park without bumping into them at some point.
Example: Mickey Mouse
Rarity Factor 2: Common
A Character in this category is available daily at at least three Disney Parks worldwide and chances of seeing them are quite high.
Example: Daisy Duck
Rarity Factor 3: Regular
A Character in this category is available daily in at least one Disney Park worldwide with an alloted greeting location and are fairly easy to find.
Rarity Factor 4: Rare
A Character in this category does not have an alloted greeting location, however they are bound to only appear at disneyland worldwide every week and chances of finding them are medium.
Example: Captain Hook
Rarity Factor 5: Special Events
A Character in this category is only likely to make appearances at special Disney Park events such as Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party or Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and chances of finding them are small.
Example: Scrooge McDuck
Rarity Factor 6: No Chance
A Character in this category will probably never make an appearance at a Disney Park ever again, however you may still have a chance and it would take luck more than anything to find them.
