Belle is a Disney Character from Disney's 1991 Animated Feature Beauty and the Beast with a Rarity Factor of "Common". She normally appears alongside Beast and sometimes.

At Disneyland, Belle can often be found in Fantasyland, near Sleeping Beauty Castle, or Disney's Princess Fantasy Faire for meet-and-greet opportunities.
She also appears daily in Walt Disney's Parade of Dreams.
Belle can also be seen during the Christmas Fantasy Parade during the Holiday season.

Magic Kingdom
At the Magic Kingdom, guests can see Belle in Enchanted Tales with Belle in New Fantasyland. While it's not a traditional Meet & Greet, only guests who participate in the reenactment will have the opportunity to meet Belle. Until February 2011, Belle, along with Snow White and Aurora, were available in Mickey's Toontown Fair. They were moved to Town Square Theater until Princess Fairytale Hall in Fantasyland was completed in 2013.
She also appears in Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Parade at the Christmas Party.
At Cinderella's Royal Table, it is possible to have a meal accompanied by Belle along with Cinderella, Snow White, Aurora, and Ariel.
Epcot
At Epcot, Belle appears every day in France along with Beast for meet-and-greet opportunities.
At the Asherkus Dining Hall, it is possible to have a meal accompanied by Belle along with other characters.
Disney's Hollywood Studios
At Disney's Hollywood Studios, Belle could appear at any time by the Sorcerer's Hat for meet-and-greet opportunities.
